Background and objectives of the client

The Quality management system should allow professionals to assess the quality of their current service performance and make the improvements needed to fully meet customer expectations and enhance their professional reputation. The quality of care and services offered is a major challenge to win over and keep customers.
Under certain conditions, establishments have the opportunity to apply for the "Qualité Tourisme" national label.

Our Assignment

HEADLIGHT’s assignment is to carry out a campaign of mystery visits of establishments wishing to apply for the Nord Pas de Calais Quality label or for those wishing to renew it. A full debriefing with feedback (self-knowledge, skills ...) and a tour of the establishment are also included in this assignment. For this, work was carried out beforehand in collaboration with the RCCI and the Nord Pas de Calais to create a repository leading to the development of a common pathway to the "Qualité Tourisme” label.
